New players in the Vodafone Fiji 7s team are expected to be given the opportunity to have more game time at the London 7s this weekend.

The three new players who made their debut last weekend are Samu Bale, Glen Cakautini and Paula Dranisinukula.

This week, Wardens and Army Green prop Josua Kurinabuli is hoping to wear the white jersey for the first time after Mesulame Kunavula was ruled out due to injury.

Coach Gareth Baber believes the new players in the national side have showed potential and needed to be exposed in more international games.

Fiji plays Canada at 9.30pm Saturday, we play Japan at 12.36am Sunday while Fiji takes on NZ at 4.04am Sunday.

The medal quarter finals start at 10.58pm Sunday, the semis will be played at 2.48am Monday while the medal final will kick off at 5.57am Monday.
