The New Zealand Men’s National 7s Team suffered a blow in their quarter-final match after France was awarded a penalty try in the dying seconds of their match and booked a spot to the Cup semi-final.
New Zealand’s Joe Webber swiped the ball off France and cost them the game.
France won 19-17.
