New Fiji Rugby Union CEO Radrodro Tabualevu said he wants to develop the winning culture in Fiji rugby and also hoist the Webb Elis Cup one day.
Tabualevu who officially starts work today said he has mapped out his plan which will require the help of everyone in order to lift the game of rugby in the country.
Tabualevu said there is a lot of potential in Fiji and with the right structure, Fiji Rugby can excel.
Tabualevu said he has spoken to 15s coach John McKee who said they are currently working on their weakness like the scrum and line-out in preparation for next year’s Rugby World Cup.
He said they need to target the grassroots rugby in order to achieve their dream.
He said that most of the time the players underestimate themselves when playing which needs to change.
According to Tabualevu one of the things he is working towards is the financial stability of FRU and also the Unions.
