Israel Dagg moves to fullback replacing Ben Smith while Anton Lienert‑Brown replaces Ryan Crotty in the centres.
Hurricanes centre Ngani Laumape has been named on the bench.
Players such as captain Kieran Read, Beauden Barrett, Sonny Bill Williams, Reiko Ioane, Sam Cane, Aaron Smith, Sam Whitelock, Jerome Kaino and Brodie Retallick have been retained from the first test match last week.
The All Blacks play the Lions at 7.35pm this Saturday in the second test match.
