The Miracle Man, Waisake Naholo has been unexpectedly named in the All Blacks' Rugby World Cup squad after being ruled out with a broken leg last month.
Naholo recovered from the broken leg in six weeks after traditional herbal treatment in his village in Nadroumai.
He will join Joe Rokocoko and Sitiveni Sivivatu in representing the All Blacks at a World Cup.
The 24-year-old had earlier said that he is expected to be fit for the All Blacks' third pool game against Georgia on the 2nd of October.
Naholo joins Nehe Milner‑Skudder, who also had a superb Super Rugby season and impressive Test performances.
All Blacks Coach, Steve Hansen says they have chosen the best group of players that will compete for the Rugby World Cup title and not defend it.
Experienced pair Israel Dagg and Cory Jane have been dropped from the squad.
Dagg and Jane were competing for the last two spots before Naholo's recovery.
Richie McCaw will captain the side in his fourth World Cup as he seeks to become the first player to lift the Webb Ellis trophy for a second time.
The midfield backs are Ma’a Nonu, Conrad Smith, Malakai Fekitoa and Sonny Bill Williams.
Julian Savea, Ben Smith, Waisake Naholo and Nehe Milner‑Skudder are the outside backs.
The halfbacks are Aaron Smith, TJ Perenara, Tawera Kerr Barlow.
Liam Messam, Victor Vito, Kieran Read and Jerome Kaino have been included.
Sam Whitelock, Brodie Retallick and Luke Romano are the three specialist locks in the side.
