In a repeat of last years final, the Highlanders will hope to continue their three match winning streak when they face the Hurricanes tonight.
The Highlanders three wins in the run up to this match were over the Brumbies, Chiefs and Crusaders who are all former champions.
The Hurricanes have played the Highlanders 27 times in Super Rugby and they have won 14 matches
The teams have already met once this season and in that match the Highlanders beat the Hurricanes 17‑16.
Waisake Naholo and Patrick Osborne will both start at wing for the Highlanders tonight.
The Hurricanes face the Highlanders at 7.35 tonight while the Waratahs play the Chiefs at 9.40pm.
The Crusaders take on the Blues at 7.35pm tomorrow.
