Flying Fijians centre Nemani Nadolo scored a try as his Crusaders side thrashed Patrick Osborne’s Highlanders 34-8 last night.
The win puts the Crusaders in second place in the super rugby points standing but the Highlanders will feature in the play-offs despite the loss.
The top six teams have been confirmed which include the Waratahs, Crusaders, Sharks, Brumbies, Chiefs and the Highlanders.
The Waratahs and the Crusaders finished the regular season in first and second place so they have a bye next week.
In the playoffs, the Brumbies will face the Chiefs in Canberra at 9:40pm next Saturday while the Sharks host the Highlanders on Sunday.
The Crusaders and the Waratahs will host the semifinals on the 25th and 26th of this month.
Meanwhile in other results, the Sharks beat the Stormers 34-10, the Lions hammered the Cheetahs 60-25 and the Waratahs humbled the Reds 34-3.
