“Sometimes we have to find the toughness from within to look for inspiration and motivation.”
This was a tweet that Crusaders block busting winger Nemani Nadolo tweeted after a tough training session with the Vodafone Flying Fijians yesterday.
Tough session today a lot of mental toughness was needed.Sometimes we gotta find it from within to look for inspiration n motivation. #gains

Nadolo believes the team is ready for the Rugby World Cup next month and has acknowledged the support they have been getting from the public.
The 27-year-old was part of the Australian U20 in 2008 before joining the Waratahs and then moving to Europe for three other clubs before joining the Crusaders last year.
Nadolo is also one of the names that has been pinned down by the English, Wallabies and Welsh players ahead of the Rugby World Cup.
Meanwhile coach John McKee was happy with how the players are responding to their tough sessions.
The Vodafone Flying Fijians will leave our shores next Monday to play Canada in a warm up match next Sunday before taking on England in the first pool match of the Rugby World Cup.
