Fiji Airways Men’s 7s coach Gareth Baber believes that speedster, Waisea Nacuqu can play in any position in the backline for Fiji.
After an impressive performance in the Oceania 7s last weekend, Baber is happy that Nacuqu is guiding the younger players.
He adds that Nacuqu is a valuable player and has been around in the international circuit for some time.
Nacuqu was playing wing in the Oceania 7s and scored some brilliant tries and made some crucial one on one tackles.
The national training squad continue their camp and training at the Uprising Beach Resort with five Drua players already joining camp including Apete Daveta, Samu Saqiwa, John Stewart, Eroni Sau and Vasikali Mudu.
Baber will announce his final squad next week for the Dubai 7s.
The Dubai 7s will be held from the 1st to the 3rd of next month.
Fiji is pooled with Russia, Wales and Australia.
