With the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team bundled out by New Zealand, the national side will now play South Africa in the Bronze Medal final.
The Kiwis shut out Fiji 22-17 with disciplined defence.
England are seeking their first World Cup win since the inaugural tournament in 1993.
Inspired by captain Tom Mitchell, they ran in five unanswered tries against South Africa to make their second successive final.
New Zealand beat England 33‑0 in the 2013 final in Moscow.
The World Cup 7s final will be held at 12.49pm while Fiji will play South Africa at 12.24pm in the Broze Final.
