NRL title race remains wide open

The NRL title race remains wide open, although most of the talk since the weekend has the Roosters squaring off with Melbourne Storm in the NRL grand final

It will be draining for the Roosters this week when they take on the Rabbitohs but if they can get through it, they potentially go into the grand final as favourites.

There's always the possibility they will miss Dylan Napa along his intimidating defensive presence he provides, but having Latrell Mitchell back fresh and unleashed after a week off could be huge for the Roosters.

Meanwhile everything seems to be brewing for another grand final for the Storm but it’s been speculated that it's the Roosters' year, so the Storm are in at No.2 in the Power Rankings.

The Rabbitohs will play the Dragons 9.40pm Saturday in the second NRL Preliminary Final while the Storm will play the Sharks at 9.40pm Friday in the first Preliminary Final.
