The Fiji Airways Drua counter attacking abilities were exposed last Friday by the Canberra Vikings and captain John Stewart believes they need more work in their set piece.
After being thumped by the Vikings in Canberra, the competition is now wide open as unexpected results came in every week.
Stewart says there is no excuse and they are hoping to come back stronger this week against the Greater Sydney Rams.
Meanwhile the Perth Spirit have only complicated things further after their 62‑28 win over Brisbane City yesterday.
The ten‑tries‑to‑four bonus point win means Perth jump back into third spot, joining Queensland Country, Canberra, and the Fiji Airways Drua in a four‑way share of the competition lead.
The Drua will take on the Greater Sydney Rams at 4pm Saturday.
Wallabies and Waratahs wing Taqele Naiyaravoro will be featuring for the Rams.
