Mataele scores eight tries in 11 matches

Crusaders wing Manase Mataele is running out of fingers to count the number of tries that he has scored this season.

Mataele has scored eight tries in 11 matches despite only starting three times.

It will be a family affair again for Mataele tonight with his uncle Seta Tamanivalu starting on the right wing.

Mataele will start on the left wing against the Waratahs.

The Crusaders are unbeaten in their past 13 home games, with their domination starting very much up front with one of the fiercest ‑ and most skilful ‑ packs in the competition.

Meanwhile, the Hurricanes defeated the Blues 36-15 last night.

The Sunwolves and Reds play at 3.15 this afternoon, Waratahs meet the Crusaders at 5.15 this afternoon, the Highlanders meet the Lions at 7.35pm today while the Brumbies meet the Rebels at 9.45pm.

Tomorrow, the Stormers meet the Chiefs at 1.05am and Bulls face the Sharks at 3.15am.
