Marist U18 going as underdogs in this weekend's Deans quarters

The Marist Brothers High School Under 18 rugby team will be going in as underdogs in the Coke Zero Deans quarterfinals this weekend.

Marist beat Nasinu Secondary School 36-26 to top the Southern Zone while Suva Grammar School finished in third place.

Last year’s robust prop Kaliopasi Uluilakepa will feature again for Marist as he was the main driving force in their campaign this year.

Meanwhile former Suva fullback Ben Soso has been working closely with the boys from Kaunikuila along with other Old Boys.

Marist will meet Lelean Memorial School at 12.30pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.

In other quarterfinals, Cuvu College will face Nasinu Secondary at 11am, QVS will take on Suva Grammar at 2pm while RKS will face Ratu Navula College at 4pm.
