Man United makes comeback to claim 2-1 win over Watford

Manchester United players celebrate

Manchester United withstood a spirited fightback from Watford to claim a 2-1 victory in the English Premier League this morning.

United scored twice in three first‑half minutes as Belgium striker Lukaku diverted Ashley Young's cross in through his chest before Chris Smalling fired home Marouane Fellaini's knock‑down.

In other EPL matches this morning, Manchester City defeated Fulham 3-0, Liverpool defeated Tottenham 2-1, Arsenal defeated Newcastle 2-1, Bournemouth defeated Leicester City 4-2, Chelsea defeated Cardiff 4-1 while Crystal Palace defeated Huddersfield 1-0.
