Manchester United moved one point closer to the top‑four place as Anthony Martial marked his return with a goal and an assist in a victory over Watford as United beat Watford 2-0.
United, now unbeaten in their past 16 Premier League games, took the lead when Martial set up Juan Mata to finish from close range.
Victory briefly took United up to fifth, but they finished the day back in sixth after Liverpool's 2‑0 win over Tottenham this morning.
Martial, making his first league start since 15 January, sealed victory for United in their last league game for three weeks when he fired home after a driving run.
Manchester United sit on 6th place in the points table with 48 points.
Chelsea leads the points table with 59 points, second is Tottenham with 50 points while Arsenal is in third place with 50 points.
