Brumbies captain, Christian Leali’ifano has confirmed that he will be leaving the club at the end of this year’s Super Rugby season.
Leali’ifano has signed a contract with the Japanese rugby club the NTT Communications in the Japanese Top League.
He has represented the Brumbies in 148 games and also has captained the side in 46 games.
Leali’ifano has played for the Wallabies where his first test match was in 2013 when they faced the British and Irish Lions in Brisbane.
The Brumbies has booked their spot in the quarterfinals where they will meet the Sharks at 10.05pm this Saturday.
In other quarter-finals, the Crusaders will take on the Highlanders at 7.35pm Friday at Rugby League Park in Christchurch, the Jaguares will meet the Chiefs in Argentina at 10.05am Saturday while the Hurricanes will meet the Bulls at Wellington Regional Stadium at 7.35pm Saturday.
