Lautoka holds Nadi to one all draw in Courts IDC

The Lautoka soccer team came from behind and held Nadi to a one all draw in the Courts IDC tournament at Prince Charles Park this afternoon.

Nadi's first goal came from Napolioni Qasevakatini in the first half when he took a powerful shot from inside the Lautoka penalty box.

Nadi was reduced to ten men midway in the second half when Lekima Gonerau was shown the second yellow card.

Lautoka kept applying pressure and substitute player Valerio Nawatu combined well with Samuela Kautoga in the dying stages to get the equalizer for the Blues.

Meanwhile in another match today Ba defeated Nadroga by 2 nil.

Ba's Josefata Neibuli and Malakai Tiwa scored the two goals in the first half.

Looking at group A, Dreketi, Suva, Lautoka and Nadi all have one point each.

Labasa lead group B with three points while Ba who has three points is second and Rewa and Nadroga are yet to register any points.
