Lautoka defeats Nasinu 4-3 in VPL

The Lautoka soccer team has defeated Nasinu 4‑3 in a match of the Vodafone Premier League.

Samuela Drudru netted two while Sairusi Nalaubu and Zainal Hussein scored a goal each for the Sugar City side.

Lautoka led 2‑0 at half time.                           

Lautoka now have 19 points on the points table although they remain in second place behind Ba who have 23 points.

Suva are in third place with 12 points.

Meanwhile the Nadi soccer team beat Tavua 1‑0.

Nadi's Rupeni Rabici was given a second yellow card and marching orders after a deliberate foul on Tavua's Atunaisa Livanalagi after he beat all Nadi defenders and Rabici was the last man in defence.
