The Labasa soccer team is leading the Vodafone Premier League points table with three points after round one.
The Babasiga Lions thrashed Dreketi 6-0 on Saturday.
Ba, Nadi, and Suva also have three points after winning their first round of games but due to their superior goal difference, Labasa has taken an early lead on the points table.
In the matches yesterday, a 10-men Suva side beat Rewa 2-1 at Ratu Cakobau Park while defending champion Nadi defeated Nadroga 2-0 at Prince Charles Park.
In another opening round match, Ba made a great comeback to beat Lautoka 3-1 on Saturday.
In the matches this weekend, Suva will host Dreketi, Lautoka will play Nadi, Rewa will host Dreketi while Nadroga will face Ba.
