Action between Labasa and Lautoka.

The Labasa Soccer team will be working on the areas of weakness that they have identified going into this weekend’s 2016 Inkk Mobile BOG semifinals at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Team president, Rayaz Khan says in the first game Lautoka they tried new things such as formation which did not work well and from the second game they reverted back to their old formation and won the remaining two games.

Labasa’s semi-final opponents Suva also did not have a great start to the tournament after drawing their game against Dreketi, however Khan believes Suva will be a different team

Khan says in these coming days Suva coach Gurjeet Singh will be working on his team and trying to fix the weaknesses he has identified.

Meanwhile, the semifinals will be played at Ratu Cakobau Park where Labasa will take on Suva in the first semifinal at 2pm while defending champions Rewa will face Lautoka at 4pm in the second semifinal this Saturday.

The final will be played at 3pm Sunday and you can catch the live commentaries of the semifinals and final on Radio Sargam on 103.4 FM.
