Krishna to go against 5 of his teammates in World Cup Qualifying match

Roy Krishna will go against five of his teammates during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifying match at Churchill Park.

Krishna who arrived into the country yesterday and joined the Vodafone Fiji Soccer camp is being heavily relied upon to find gaps in the New Zealand defensive line.

Five of Krishna’s Wellington Phoenix teammates, Glen Moss, Andrew Durante, Thomas Doyle, Michael McGlinchey and Shane Smeltz are expected to feature for the All Whites this Saturday.

Krishna knows these players well as he has been playing with them for a couple of seasons.

The Fiji Soccer Team will play New Zealand at 1pm this Saturday at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station, Radio Sargam.

The two teams will then travel to Wellington and play in the second leg at 6.35pm next Tuesday at Westpac Stadium.
