Krishna and Veitokani nominated for the Sportsman of the Year Award

Roy Krishna and Alivereti Veitokani are two of the nominees for the Sportsman of the Year Award.

Epeli Rabua of Swimming, Apisai Baleloa and Prabhat Prasad of Taekwondo, Kameli Ravuci of Athletics and Tevita Takayawa of Judo are the other nominees released so far.

Miriama Senokonoko of Athletics, Trina Davis of Football, Matelita Buadromo of Swimming, Sally Yee of Table Tennis, Joana Senimoli and Anegha Narayan of Taekwondo, Rusila Nagasau of Rugby and Nathalyn Takayawa of Judo are the nominees for the Sportswoman of the Year.

Fiji Sports Council CEO Litiana Loabuka says they have received 91 nominations for the 11 categories for the Fiji Sports Awards that will be held on March 1st, 2019.

Fiji Tattslotto Senior Administration Manager Sereana Brown also handed over a sponsorship cheque of $30,000 for the Sports Awards Night.
