Fiji Bati player Apisai Koroisau scored a try to help the Manly Sea Eagles defeat the Eels 54-0 last night.
This was the Eels worst loss to Manly in their joint 61‑year history and the largest defeat in Brad Arthur’s era.
Manly led 30‑0 at half‑time and kept their foot down despite the sweltering conditions, scoring a further four tries to complete the humiliation.
Daly Cherry‑Evans sealed their first win of the season with a 68th-minute penalty goal.

Meanwhile, the Newcastle Knights remain undefeated edging past Canberra Raiders 30‑28.
In other matches, the Roosters defeated the Bulldogs 30‑12, the Broncos beat the Cowboys 24‑20, the Warriors defeated the Titans 20‑8, the Panthers edged past the Rabbitohs 18‑14 while the Storm went down to the West Tigers 8-10.
On the points table, the Dragons remain on top with 4 points followed by the Warriors who also have 4 points, the Panthers are in third place while the Tigers are fourth.
