Vodafone Fiji Sevens captain Osea Kolinisau has issued a challenge to the sevens players to give their all at the last leg of the World Sevens Series in Glasgow and London.
Kolinisau says that they have learnt from their downfall in Japan and are working to strengthen their set pieces.
He adds that defence is something they have been working on a lot during their training.
Fiji is pooled with host Scotland, Wales and Portugal and barring any upset they will either meet New Zealand, South Africa, Samoa or Kenya in the cup quarter finals.
Coach Ben Ryan has already highlighted that he wants them to meet series South Africa so that they can shut them out from the series title race.
Fiji will face Wales at 11.42pm next Saturday. They take on Portugal at 2.48am next Sunday before taking on host Scotland at 6.21am.
The cup quarter finals will start at 10.28pm next Sunday, the semi finals will be at 1.58am on Monday the 11th while the final will be held at 5.20am Monday.
