John Wesley, Suva Grammar crowned U19 Secondary School Basketball Champs

John Wesley College and Suva Grammar School have been crowned winners of the 2015 Tucker’s Ice Cream Fiji Secondary Schools Basketball Championship.

The John Wesley College Under 19 team successfully defended the boys title after an emphatic 28-25 win over Jai Narayan College in the final last night.

Suva Grammar School took out the girls Under 19 title after beating Natabua 22-19.

In the Under 17 grade, LDS won both the girls and boys titles.

LDS defeated Suva Grammar School 26-19 in the girls final and 34-20 in the boys final.

Meanwhile, Marist Brothers High School beat Yat Sen 33‑17 to win the Under 15 boys title.

LDS defeated Suva Grammar School 30‑24 to win the Under 15 girls title.
