Japan coach names lineup for Flying Fijians clash

Japan coach Eddie Jones has named his lineup today for Thursday’s Pacific Nations Cup clash with the Vodafone Flying Fijians.

Chiefs number eight Michael Leitch will lead a team looking to upset the Flying Fijians with a possible place in the final still at stake.

Fiji and Samoa are leading the standings with seven points each while Japan and USA have five, Tonga four and Canada zero.

Leitch and Hendrik Tui will be making their first appearance in the back row alongside Michael Broadhurst.

Also returning to the Japan side is Highlanders scrumhalf Fumiaki Tanaka.

The Vodafone Flying Fijians will be taking on Japan at 10am this Thursday in Canada.
