The New Zealand Super Rugby sides won all their matches in the last round of the Super Rugby competition.
The Hurricanes thrashed the Lions 50‑17 in Johannesburg, the Highlanders held on for a 23‑10 win over the Brumbies and the Blues head off to South Africa with a 36‑30 win over the Rebels under their belt.
The Hurricanes are one point shy of the Crusaders in the New Zealand conference though the red and blacks have a game in hand.
Meanwhile Blues coach Tana Umaga says they're leaving New Zealand with a respectable record following their 36‑30 win over the Rebels at Eden Park.
And Highlanders coach Jamie Joseph is lauding his side's defence in their 23‑10 win over the Brumbies.
In other results, the Reds defeated the Cheetahs 30‑17, the Waratahs edged the Stormers 32-30 while the Jaguares thumped the Kings 73-27.
Looking at the Australasian standings, the Chiefs still lead with 37 points, the Rebels are in second place with 23 points while the Crusaders are in third place with 32 points.
