Hurricanes captain Brad Shields is adamant his international rugby future lies with England and won't change his mind even if the All Blacks come calling again.
The 27 year old who is moving to English club Wasps at the end of the super rugby season, is currently awaiting a release from New Zealand rugby so he can play for England on their tour of South Africa in June, having decided his international future lies in the northern hemisphere after failing to make the All Blacks.
Shields was approached to play for the All Blacks last year but turned them down and despite a mounting loose forward injury toll this year he says that will remain his answer should coach Steve Hansen call again.
Shields is eligible to play for England as both his parents were born in England.
