With 19 days to go for the Rugby World Cup, the Vodafone Flying Fijians forward play is a main area that England, Australia and Wales will be targeting in the competition.
Coach John McKee believes they have put in huge amount of work in their scrums which is vital in every phase of play.
He adds they have also prepared well for their line outs.
The team will depart Nadi at 9.30 this morning for the United Kingdom.
Fiji will play a warm up match against Canada at 1.30 am next Monday before taking on England at 7am in the World Cup opening match on the 19th of next month.
Meanwhile the Barbarians outscored Samoa with five tries to three to win 27‑24 in Saturday's Rugby World Cup warm‑up clash at the Olympic Stadium in London, Wales edged Ireland 16-10 while Scotland thrashed Italy 48-7.
