The Horan-Little Shield is on the line when the Fiji Airways Drua take on Queensland Country in the Australian National Rugby Championship at Churchill Park this Saturday.
In round six, the Drua challenged the Greater Sydney Rams at TG Millner.
The round was deadicated as 'Pasifika Round' inspiring the Drua to a huge 57‑31 win, and claiming their first ever Horan‑Little Shield.
Since its introduction in 2015, Queensland Country have never held the Shield and they feel this would be the perfect opportunity.
The only teams that have held the Horan-Little Shield are the Melbourne Rising, Brisbane City, Canberra Vikings, Greater Sydney Rams, NSW Country Eagles and the Drua.
Meanwhile Queensland Country are arriving at 5pm tomorrow at Nadi Airport.
Fiji born wingers Eto Nabuli and former Labasa goalkeeper and Wardens 7s player Filipo Daugunu are expected to feature for the Country this week.
