The Super Rugby competition kicks off tonight with the Chiefs and Highlanders playing in the first match of the year in Hamilton.
The Chiefs and the Highlanders have played each other 31 times in Super rugby and the Chiefs have won 18 matches and lost 13.
In the 31 matches between the teams there have been no draws.
In the last three matches between these teams the Chiefs have won all three.
The match will be played in Hamilton where the teams have met 15 times. In those 15 matches the Chiefs have won 9 and lost six.
The Highlanders will take on the Chiefs at 6.35 tonight while the Brumbies will meet the Rebels at 8.45 tonight.
Tomorrow, the Blues will meet the Crusaders at 6.35pm at Eden Park while the Waratahs will face the Hurricanes at 8.45pm.
The Sunwolves face the Sharks at 10.55pm tomorrow.
The Bulls meet the Stormers at 3.15am Sunday while the Lions face the Jaguares at 9.40am Sunday.
