Hayne ready to make up for mistakes in Origin Game III

NSW coach Laurie Daley has guaranteed Jarryd Hayne his position in NSW’s State of Origin III side, saying the star is ready to make up for his mistakes that hurt the Blues in Sydney.

The under‑fire Blues centre has taken his forgettable State of Origin II “personally”, and that could spell trouble for Queensland.

Hayne will be named in the NSW side next Monday with Daley unlikely to make any changes unless he is forced to by injuries.

Hayne is expected to start again at fullback for the Titans when they play the Dragons at 8pm Friday.

Meanwhile State of Origin game 3 will be played on the 12th of next month in Brisbane.
