Japan fullback Ayumu Goromaru is eager to test himself against the pace of Super Rugby when he runs out for the Reds this season.
The Japanese superstar led his team to victory over South Africa in the pool stage at the Rugby World Cup last year.
He was named as fullback in the 2015 RWC Dream Team.
Goromaru says he is looking forward to testing himself against the level of speed and power in Super Rugby.
The Reds open their Super Rugby campaign in Sydney against the Waratahs on February 27.
