Francis to start at flyhalf for Blues against Crusaders

Piers Francis will replace Ihaia West as starting flyhalf for the Blues against Crusaders

The Blues have made three changes to their starting 15 that will face the Crusaders tomorrow night.

In the front row, Gerard Cowley‑Tuioti comes back in at lock after starting in the first two games, and will partner with All Black Patrick Tuipulotu.

Jimmy Tupou will move from lock to loose forward, with All Black Jerome Kaino moving to number eight.

In the backs, Piers Francis comes in at flyhalf and Melani Nanai returns on the left wing.

The Crusaders face the Blues at 6.35pm tomorrow while the Rebels play the Chiefs at 8.45pm.

Meanwhile, the Hurricanes will take on the Highlanders at 6.35pm this Saturday while the Brumbies will take on the Waratahs at 8.45pm.
