Former Suva coach confirms talks with Labasa soccer Management

Former Suva soccer coach Gurjit Singh has confirmed having talks with the Labasa Soccer Management for the upcoming Inkk Mobile BOG.

While speaking to Fijivillage from the USA, Singh says nothing has been confirmed yet but he will be flying over to Fiji next month before leaving for New Zealand.

There are some reports that Singh may assist the Babasiga Lions in next month’s BOG, however Singh says there is no confirmation as yet.

Teams like Nadi, Navua, Suva and Labasa have tasted numerous victories under Singh’s guidance and Labasa’s last victory with Singh was the 2011 Courts IDC.

Labasa is grouped with Rakiraki, Suva and Nadi in the Inkk Mobile BOG which kicks off on the 14th of next month at Subrail Park.

Meanwhile, Labasa will play Dreketi at 1.30pm this Sunday in the Vodafone Premier League.
