The Vodafone Flying Fijians have beaten the USA Eagles 20-14 this morning in France.
Fiji led 15-nil at halftime with tries from fullback Timoci Nagusa and wing Watisoni Votu but the Americans scored two tries of their own in the second period as centre Seamus Kelly and wing Taku Ngwenya both scored for the Eagles.
Meanwhile, Tuapati Talemaitoga and Votu were shown yellow cards in the second spell.
Fiji proved too strong in the last quarter of the game with Votu scoring another try which proved the difference between the sides.
