First 8 pools confirmed for the Marist 7s

The first eight pools of the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s this weekend have been confirmed.

The 41st Marist 7s tournament will have a total of 64 teams.

Some of the top teams that has been confirmed including Tabadamu Blue , Hideaway Hurricanes, Police Blue, Yamacia, First Light 2, Coastal Ratu Filise 2, Nawaka, Police White and Covenant Brothers.

Organizers are expected to announce the remaining eight pools tomorrow afternoon.

Meanwhile Pacific Energy has announced a $5,000 partnership to support the tournament which takes their partnership to the sixth year.

Tickets will be sold from tomorrow at the Fiji Sports Council.

Meanwhile, the Wardens 7s team remain hopeful to be part of this tournament before the final teams will be announced tomorrow.

The Fiji Bitter Marist 7s will be held this Friday and Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
