The new Vodafone Fiji National Football Coach Frank Farina believes the main weakness for most of the Fijian players is that they lack overseas exposure.
The Fiji Football Association has signed a two year contract with Farina who has replaced Carlos Buzzetti.
Farina has been with the Under 20 players for the past 10 months as the team has played 18 matches.
Farina was appointed the Australian National Coach in 1999.
Farina led the national Under 20 side as they pulled off the biggest upset of the FIFA Under 20 World Cup in New Zealand, beating Honduras 3-0 for the country’s first ever win at a FIFA tournament.
