Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team has won third place in the Vancouver 7s after defeating USA 24-14.
Fiji scored a total of 4 tries in the game with the first try coming from Speedster Alasio Naduva which was set up from Terio Tamani.
Tamani scored Fiji’s second try a minute before halftime to give Fiji a lead of 12-7 coming into halftime.
Coming into the second half, Josua Vakurinabili was shown a yellow card for a dangerous tackle in the air.

Fiji scored two more tries from Sevuloni Mocenacagi, who scored in the 2nd minute of the second half and Vilimoni Botitu who scored in the 6th minute.
USA speedster Carlin Isles scored USA’s only try in the second half but was not enough to catch up to Fiji’s score line.
Meanwhile, Fiji were bundled out of the final by South Africa as they were defeated 31-12.
