The Vodafone Fiji Soccer team and the Solomon Islands played out a one all draw in their international friendly match.
Fiji started the match well and kept possession but failed to capitalize on their opportunities.
Solomon Islands led 1‑0 at half time after talented midfielder, Micah Lea’alafa scored for them.
Fiji started the second half strongly creating chances for themselves but once again failed to capitalize.
Fiji captain Roy Krishna equalized in the second half through a penalty after Dave Radrigai was fouled in the penalty box.
He adds that they can perform much better against Singapore.
England based Semi Scott Wara made his debut off the bench for Fiji.
Fiji will now play Singapore next Tuesday in Singapore.
