Two netball teams presented their i-Tatau to the President at the State House this morning before they leave for their respective tournaments next week.
The National Under 21 team will compete at the World Youth Cup in Gaberone, Bostwana while the Maramavou team is expected to compete at the International Super Club in New Zealand next month.
Speaking to the two teams, the President of Fiji Jioji Konrote says he is encouraged to see the daring spirit that is now becoming a signature trait for the nation.
Konrote has encouraged the teams that they are not alone in their efforts to stamp their mark in the international sporting arena.
Under 21 coach Vicki Wilson says they are pooled alongside England, Wales, Grenada and Trinidad hoping that they do their best to qualify for the Top 8.
Wilson says they will leave next Monday, before the games starts in 10 days in Botswana.
Fiji finished 9th in the last World Youth Championship held in Scotland in 2013 and during the qualification rounds in New Zealand in September last year, Fiji topped the six teams in the competition.
