The Vodafone Fiji Under-20 soccer team is returning winless after finishing 6th in the President’s Cup after going down 3-0 against Bodden Town in the 5th and 6th place playoff in Auckland.
Coach Ravinesh Kumar said this is not the end of football for these boys and for Fiji.
He added that they are preparing for the World Cup which is very good.
Kumar said the players will learn lessons each and every time they play games.
Kumar said this tournament helped them a lot in terms of concentration level and see their mistakes and then correct them.
The Vodafone Fiji Under-20 soccer was defeated by Amicale FC 3-0 and then on Friday Busaiteen club thrashed them 7-1.
Oceania Champions Auckland City has won the President’s Cup after beating Amicale FC 2-1 in the final.
