The Fiji Bati today received a timely boost from Pacific Energy who handed over $48,000 to the Fiji National Rugby League as part of their first pay out of their Fuel Up Campaign in the lead up to the Tri-Nations match and Rugby League World Cup in October.
While officiating the handover, Pacific Energy Business Manager Tapuaki Finauga says the Pacific Energy’s Fuel Up Support Fiji Bati Campaign will end in September and there will be two more payouts that will be presented at the end of August and September.
Fiji National Rugby League CEO, Timoci Naleba says that they are very thankful to Pacific Energy for their commitment on this campaign.
Fiji will face the Australian Kangaroos and Papua New Guinea Kumuls at the Rugby League Tri-Nations that will be held on October 14 at the ANZ Stadium.
