Parramatta star wing Semi Radradra

The Vodafone Fiji Bati believes they have the ability to cater for the loss of Parramatta star wing Semi Radradra.

The former Bati player was controversially selected in the Australian squad for the upcoming test against New Zealand, meaning he was unable to be picked for Fiji’s test against Papua New Guinea.

Bati coach Mick Potter says the likes of Sisa Waqa, Akuila Uate and Kevin Naiqama will be able to cover for the loss.

Potter says the selection issue has hardly been discussed and the squad does not bear any bad feelings towards Radradra.

Potter adds that it is a good thing that a Fijian is considered the best winger in Australia.

The Vodafone Fiji Bati will meet the PNG Kumuls at 7.35pm Saturday.
