The National Rugby Championship's new boys the Fiji Airways Drua have taken just two games to create their little piece of history, claiming their first competition win defeating Melbourne Rising 45‑24.
Fijian Drua Flyhalf Peceli Nacebe finished with a 20‑point haul, as the Drua ran in tries from everywhere at Harlequin Oval.
Drua skipper John Stewart says that the boys were very happy to come away with the win, especially after a disappointing game last week.
The national side racked up seven tries with winger Apete Daveta, flyhalf Peceli Nacebe and flanker Samuela Saqiwa scoring two tries each while center Eroni Vasiteri scored one.
The Fiji Airways Drua will now travel back to Fiji to host the NSW Country at 3pm next Saturday at Lawaqa Park and you can catch the live commentary of this match on our sister station Viti FM.
