Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan said they will regenerate and reset as they head to Tokyo for the Japan 7s this weekend.
Fiji is pooled with rivals England, Wales and Hong Kong this weekend.
Ryan said there are no injuries in the side as the players put their bodies on the line.
Speaking from Hong Kong this morning before departing for Tokyo, Ryan said they are looking forward to defending their title this weekend.
Meanwhile, the national sevens side thumped New Zealand 33-19 to win their 15th Hong Kong 7s title.
New Zealand coach Gordon Tietjens said they lost to a good Fijian side.
This also means that coach Ben Ryan has delivered two great back-to-back wins in this year’s series after winning the Las Vegas 7s in February.
