Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan is hoping that his players will be able to maintain their form and defend their Dubai 7s title.
Ryan has retained nine players who played in Gold Coast and has named two new players in the squad.
Ratu Filise playmaker Eminoni Nasilasila and Yamacia’s robust utility player Jone Qoro are in the team while veteran Nasoni Roko makes a comeback into the team.
Ryan said he has selected the right mix of players for the next leg of the World 7s Series.
Ryan confirmed that the players are fitter than the team that played in Gold Coast.
The Vodafone Fiji 7s team will take on France in their first pool match at 6.44pm next Friday and will later meet Brazil at 9.44pm.
Their last pool match is against Argentina at 1.52am Saturday.
The cup quarter finals start at 8pm Saturday, the cup semifinals are at 1.55am Sunday while the cup final kicks off at 3.42am.
