Familiar faces like Benjamin Totori, James Naka and Jack Whitney are part of a strong Western United soccer team that will represent Solomon Islands in the Fiji Airways OFC Champions League.
29-year-old Totori, who is a former Waitakere United player, will captain Western United which has also signed a number of players from Europe.
James Naka is no stranger to Fiji as he was instrumental in the Rewa soccer team’s success in a number of tournaments.
Western United coach Richardo De Viro is also rating Suva highly although the team will be making its debut in the competition.
Western United will play Amicale FC at 7pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
At 4.30pm, Suva will take on Auckland City.
In another game on Saturday, Ba will play Gaitcha at 7pm at Govind Park.
