FSSRU marks new chapter as the Powerade Super Deans Rugby Championship was launched

The Fiji Secondary School Rugby Union today marked a new chapter as the Powerade Super Deans Rugby Championship was launched before the national quarter finals at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday.

With Fiji Secondary School Rugby about to celebrate its 80th birthday, Coca Cola Amatil Fiji today provided a new agreement that includes the new trophies and the competition name.

Fiji Secondary School Rugby President, Setareki Merekula believes that the new change will lift the competitiveness of Secondary School Rugby.

Meanwhile Ratu Kadavulevu School Vice Principal, Walesi Soqoiwasa says that they have only one aim heading towards this weekend.

RKS will have all their grades at this weekend’s quarterfinals.

Their Under 14 will take on Nasinu Secondary School at 8.20am, the RKS U15 will face Suva Grammar School at 9.30am, Under 16 will take on Nasinu Secondary at 10.50am, U17 against Marist Brothers High School at 1.30pm, Under 19 will face Ratu Navula College at 2.50pm while their Under 18 will take on Nasinu Secondary at 4.30pm.
